Tubing is a popular activity on Providenciales, and is simply an inflatable tube ride or banana float towed behind a powerboat. It’s an exciting and easy way for just about anyone to get on the incredible water of the Turks and Caicos.
The most common of these towable rides are the large banana and shark shapes, which are suitable for up to eight people, however, the smaller lounge chair and tube types that seat one, two, and three persons are probably more fun.

Fishing Licenses and Limits
- All visitors 16 and older must have a fishing license when fishing in the Turks and Caicos. Children under 16 do not require a fishing license.
- Most fishing charter companies include licenses with their charters, or are able to sell one-day licenses.
- One-day and 30-day fishing licenses are available across Providenciales, including at all primary marinas.
- Issuers of fishing licenses will need to see a government-issued photo ID of applicants.
